The Blue Meanies are a collective of musicians that perform, record and write with Archie. The collective was established in 2021 - just after the Covid-19 pandemic - in order to draw attention to the wealth of talent among Baker's band and to recognise the collective effort that goes into each performance. While a core group of Meanies form the foundation of Baker's band, others rotate in and out, providing an ever-changing, unpredictable, and dynamic sound to the project. Above all else, The Blue Meanies are a group of enthusiastic, musical friends who love making and playing music together.
